We get it. You've bought digital products before that looked great in the screenshots and then sat unused in your downloads folder. We don't want your money if our templates don't work for your brain. It's that simple.

How to Get a Refund

1. Email hello@builtforadhd.com with your order number (or the email you purchased with)
2. Say you want a refund
3. We process it

That's three steps. We considered making it two but "say you want a refund" felt important to include.

What We DON'T Do

• Ask you why (unless you want to tell us — feedback is always welcome)
• Make you fill out a form or survey
• Try to talk you out of it
• Put you on a "no buy" list or hold a grudge
• Require you to "prove" you tried the template

Timeline

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days, depending on your payment method and bank. If it takes longer than 7 business days to appear, let us know and we'll look into it.

After 30 Days

After the 30-day window, we generally can't offer refunds. But if something genuinely went wrong — you were charged twice, you didn't receive your product, something is broken — reach out anyway. We're reasonable humans and we'll figure it out.

Why We Do This

Because we have ADHD too. We know what it's like to buy something with excited impulse energy, realize it doesn't fit, and then feel stuck because the refund process requires 14 steps and a blood sample. We're not doing that to you.

We'd rather have happy customers who come back than unhappy customers who feel trapped. If our templates don't work for your specific brain, we genuinely want you to get your money back and find something that does.
